1. How do you define a goal of gender equality?

Being equal in every way - from salary to opportunities to expectations.

2. What skills do you believe equip yourself with to be successful in your career?

Being confident. Not questioning if it’s ok to be successful. Driving yourself forward and looking for opportunities.

3. What makes you stay motivated and inspired, especially in the face of challenges or obstacles?

Because I believe in myself and other women. I feel motivated by the success of those women around me.

4. What advice would you give to young women just starting out in their careers?

Create your own career path. Ask for opportunities. Don’t be afraid to try new things. Take risks. 

5. Who is your role model, and how do you think you can become other’s role models?

Role model! I don’t really have one but I admire Hilary Clinton and any female CEO. We can help other women by taking risks and trying new things. Not doubting ourselves and not competing with other women unnecessarily.
