How to deal with the stress in the workplace
Well-being has been a very important concern recently. Stress has been a significant issue in the 21st century and even boosting in the workplace, affecting our overall well-being. Being a Japanese student studying in the UK, the impact of COVID-19 made it a considerable stress to adapt to the new style. I was forced back to Japan and took a class around 6 PM-4 AM every day during term 2, and the countless stress and anxiety made me suffer from a sleeping disorder.

In today's fast-paced and demanding professional environment, stress has become an unwelcome yet omnipresent companion, adversely affecting both physical and mental well-being.
